Cereal and protein

For me, cereal is the quickest meal to chuck down when your still half asleep. The two usual suspects are either GF cornflakes or GF weet-bix. They go down a treat, and with your favourite whey protein powder on top actually tastes quite good.

The protein scoop on top is optional, but adds an easy 25g of protein and can make what is usually a tad bland a little more exciting. The same can be said about adding a couple of spoonfuls of which ever yoghurt tub is lying around the fridge, and any favourite fruits you have lying around, like berries, grapes, etc.

You can use whatever milk you like the best, whether that be normal, lite, low fat, almond, soy, etc. I find almond milk is the best alternative if your dairy intolerant. For myself, I like lite, low fat milk. This is because I have a considerable amount of dairy and cutting down on as much of the fats from here is always a bonus.
