Baked sweet potato, salt and pepper 

This one has been a new addition to the line up, and I wouldn’t say its an entire meal, but goes great on the side with everything. Whenever Im cooking chicken and have sweet potato lying around, I will cut it into coin like shapes and put them on some baking paper on a tray. If your feeling fancy try sprinkling some salt and pepper, or general seasoning on top. These end up being great as a flavour addition to rice, or even replace the rice when I run out, and haven’t had time to make more.
