Chicken, rice, spinach and sweet chilli sauce

It doesn’t get much simpler. This is my usual combination, but you can literally chop and change the rice with pasta, potatoes or any carb that suits you. Pop in your fave veggies and you have a meal that covers all bases. It can be handy to keep the veggies that are not as good warm in a manner than you can take them out while microwaving, or just leave them in there.
