This one is quite similar to the one above, with diced lamb substituted in for the chicken. Lamb is a little more costly than chicken, but I am very happy to spend the extra penny. For the ladies, I like this one as its an easy way to get in some extra iron, which is usually quite deficient in modern day diets, and is actually the most common nutrient deficiency in females. Once again, I have added in the veggies that I like best with this meal, but I encourage you to throw in whatever floats your boat. I buy pre diced lamb from either the supermarket or butcher, and cook it in a pan until its ready.
