Kebabs

These are a super simple one that just requires cooking, and serving with whatever carbs you have in the fridge. My favourite is peanut satay and rice. Depending on the grocery that you go to, you can find the remade packets of kebabs that are gluten free. Once again, I like the pre-made ones because they are just easier and taste great.

These also go great cooked on the BBQ, just make sure that the grill is clean and you don’t cook them on the same area that other possible gluten contaminants have been prepared on.
