While eggs are usually associated with breakfast, I personally find the whole process just to long, and eggs on toast can take time that I don’t have to eat in the morning. If I am having a slower morning though, a warm cooked breakfast/lunch goes down a treat. My scrambled eggs are 4 eggs, however I take out 2 of the yolks to cut down some of the fats, as I consume my fair share of eggs. I then add in a splash of milk and whisk it all together with a fork. I put the bread in the toaster and then put the eggs in a pan. Using a spatula just keep on pushing the eggs around until theres no liquid left. By this point the toast should be done, and you just have to put the eggs on top. Get some salt and pepper on there for extra flavour and away you go.
