This ones a favourite of mine, as it doesnt take to long and it hard to beat a good steak. You can have which ever veggies you like, and the sauce that takes your fancy. BBQ sauce goes well, but a good gluten free BBQ sauce can be hard to come by. A handy tip is to cook a couple of steaks, and save the left overs for the next day, so the good times never end.
My usual type of steak is a nice slab of rump, as it’s the cheapest and the biggest. A close second is a nice scotch fillet, that cooks up a little bit juicier, but is a little more expensive.
